Congratulations to African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) on a record close of its pan-African infrastructure fund, AIIF4! This milestone is set to bolster resilient infrastructure and address climate change across the continent.🌍   CrossBoundary Advisory is proud to have supported a leading Nigeria pension fund on its private markets strategy and successful allocation in AIIF4.   To date, we have supported infrastructure investments by pension funds in Kenya, South Africa, and Nigeria through capacity building, market screening, and transaction support. 🇬🇭 Ghana's agricultural sector contributes significantly to the country's GDP yet receives a small fraction of bank loans. This financing shortfall hits young agri-entrepreneurs hardest, as they often lack the collateral and credit history required by traditional lenders. The BRIDGE-in Agriculture program by Mastercard Foundation is changing this, providing financing and business support for Ghanaian agri-entrepreneurs.
