Through iLEAD, Shalin Obinda, transformed a passion into action, launching a program that empowers people with disabilities to showcase their talents. #ELFImpact ” Before joining iLEAD, I had a passion for helping the vulnerable members of my community, but I lacked direction on how to go about it. The training at iLEAD enabled me to identify societal problems and offer the right solutions. I also learned how to conduct a root-cause analysis and develop impactful solutions. After the fellowship, I founded “PWD na Talent,” an initiative to nurture talents for people with disabilities.” Have you heard about the iLEAD Fellowship? https://lnkd.in/d2qrgW9F
