tappi, a digital commerce SaaS startup, has partnered with Safaricom PLC to provide M-PESA Africa’s network of 650k micro, small, and medium businesses in Kenya with tools to enhance their digital visibility and credibility. “As part of the package, tappi provides MSMEs with a free webpage, SMS/WhatsApp review integration, and bulk SMS marketing credits, all at a subsidised cost of KSh 1,350 (~$11).
