What is Jobtech Alliance's approach to growing the jobtech ecosystem in Africa? In the second part of our blog series, Solomon Muigai, our Ecosystem Lead, explores how we are building and creating an inclusive environment for jobtech entrepreneurs. Since our inception in 2021, the Jobtech Alliance has evolved into a vibrant community of over 1,500 members with 150+ Platform Members at its core, spanning more than 30 countries across Africa and beyond. We believe that meaningful connections and shared insights are crucial for driving impactful change in job creation. Each rider onboarded has received starter kits and digital support to ensure a reliable source of income. This is just one part of our Jobtech Alliance project! Through platforms like Arifu, #Rwasi, #Wowzi, #ISON, #EqualReach, and #CreativeWords, we’re on track to connect 4,000 refugees across Uganda with online learning platforms and employment opportunities in AI, customer care, language translation, web design, and more.
