Wheel of Life + Vision Boards = Clarity & Growth! 🌟 Lately, I have been on a journey of self-reflection.. because who doesn't love a little "Am I on the right track in my career, health & wellness etc?" moment, and I have been using the wheel of life.. And let me tell you, it is helping me to celebrate the areas that are thriving while confronting the areas that are struggling.. It has made me take a hard look at my life, and as I am designing for 2025, figuring out how to smoothen the wheels that are already smooth and change the tyres for the ones that are...well, a little flat So if you are on a journey of self reflection for this past year to build the vision for 2025, I would highly recommend this tool! Happy vision boarding and please do share with me how your journey is going, and if you also need some more tidbits! #storiesandconversationswithrahel #lifeonpurpose #growthjourney #selfreflection #vision

Last week, we had an incredibly thought-provoking conversation about the mental health challenges that men face! Nelson Aseri highlighted some of the mental health crises currently affecting Nairobi men, such as alcoholism, gambling, marijuana use, sex addiction, and pervasive loneliness. While Dr. Moses M. provided insights on how we can better support our brothers, fathers, spouses, and friends, to address these issues, many of which have deep roots in childhood experiences. This conversation shed light on the importance of recognizing these struggles and taking actionable steps to provide meaningful support for the men around us! Watch the rest of the conversation here and please share with the men in your life; https://lnkd.in/dFwHBmDK And remember to join us this Wednesday at 7.30pm EAT for another session on this #noshavenovember series around career and entrepreneurship!
