Our integrated solutions have captured global attention with a “Grand Slam,” clenching 3 of the world’s top design awards. At the center of this record-breaking achievement is the Active Aero Lighting System (AALS), a functional, fuel-efficient, and well-designed product integrating aerodynamic enhancement tech with an innovative lamp system. This marks the first time that a MOBIS tech took home all major awards, Germany’s iF DESIGN Award and Red Dot Design Award, and the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) IDEA Award. Key elements to this innovation are the dynamic air curtains and lamps that slide in and out to match driving conditions. The M.VISION TO also turned heads at CES 2023, winning “Best of the Best” at Germany’s Red Dot Award as well as the main award at the iF Design Awards. This electrified autonomous vehicle features the e-Corner System as well as other stunning features such as the Communication Lighting System and Mixed Reality display. Our excellence in power module was recognized by an Award at the EU Power 2024 event organized by the International Semiconductor Executive Summits (ISES). With global semiconductor manufacturers, government research institutes, and stakeholders in attendance, we were honored the ‘Outstanding Development in Packaging Award’ for our power module technology. Power module is a core product for electric vehicles that consists of power semiconductors and cutting-edge packaging technology. It manages extremely high voltage current that runs through electric motor, ensuring stable performance for EVs. We’ve been dedicated to developing the finest automotive power module in the recent years. Through winning the outstanding award, we proved our fast-growing competitiveness in the field of global automotive eco-friendly technology. Our retired demo vehicles are reborn for college students!   We’ve donated 10 of our retired demo vehicles to Kyunggi University of Science and Technology (Kyunggi Tech) in South Korea. The donation includes combustion engine vehicle, EVs, and HEVs. Not only does this move make smart use of resources by recycling, but it provides aspiring mobility engineers with unique opportunities for learning. Through the donation students will gain hands-on experience disassembling, getting to learn in depth about internal combustion engines, high-voltage batteries, and EV drive motors. With Purpose Built Vehicles (PBVs) at the forefront of future mobility, we’re leading the way for safety by pioneering the world’s first airbags designed specifically for PBVs.

 Due to the spacious and variable interiors of PBVs, safety requires a differentiated approach from that of a conventional vehicle.

 As opposed to the typical top-to-bottom deployment, the door-mounted curtain airbags deploy using wires, expanding from bottom to top within .03 seconds of a crash. The airbag is mounted on the door itself, which compensates for the structural limitations of PBVs with sliding doors.

 Additionally, our design considers the tendency of windshields to be further from the passenger in a PBV. With self-supporting airbags deployed without windshield contact, safety is secured regardless of the spacious interior.
 These airbags, meeting global safety standards, are our contribution to mobility that considers safety a paramount factor for future transportation.

Our movie theater-quality audio wowed the participants at the Audio Engineering Society 5th International Conference from June 26th to June 28th held in Uni3 by Geely, Gothenburg, Sweden. Audio Engineering Society (AES) brings engineers, artists, scientists, and students together in the spirit of research for audio technology. As a “gold” sponsor, we shone bright among more than 70 automotive audio and association participants. Our main attraction was the Dolby Laboratories Atmos sound system, uniquely applied to a vehicle with an execution admired by Dolby itself. This state-of-the-art sound system employs a dynamic movie theater sound to vehicles by applying 24 channels and 25 speakers including the headrest.
