Full-Year Results 2024 The Air Astana Group reports its performance results for 2024. The total number of passengers carried increased by 11,2% compared to 2023, reaching 9 million. Revenue and other income grew by 12.4% compared to 2023, totalling USD 1,308 million. Adjusted EBITDAR grew by 16.1% compared to 2023, reaching USD 338.6 million with adjusted EBITDAR margin of 25.9%. The Company’s BoD proposed a record dividend, comprised of ordinary and special dividend. The total proposed dividend (ordinary and special dividend) amounts to KZT 53.7 per one common share and KZT 214.8 per GDR. This is subject to AGM approval not later than 31 May 2025 and payable in mid-2025. The network continues to grow with 21 new routes added in 2024, 14 of which launched in Q4. In 2025 we have already announced another 8 new routes in key growth markets, including direct flights from Almaty to Frankfurt, Guangzhou, Mumbai and Da Nang and Nha Trang in Vietnam *The figures are presented excluding non-recurring items Read more: ir.airastana.com
