  • The handover of the refrigerated truck is just one aspect of the CDB Packhouse Project—a full-scale effort to strengthen Saint Lucia’s agricultural exports. Farmers across the island have been trained in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), while packhouse operators have received training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP. With three communal packhouses set for upgrades, they’ll soon have even greater capacity to meet global standards and access new markets. Read More: https://lnkd.in/eR-Ehhw3

  • 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 A week ago, we handed over a refrigerated truck to the Saint Lucia Marketing Board. In the months ahead, it will be driving something much bigger — better exports, stronger agriculture, and greater opportunities for our farmers. This isn’t just about cold storage — it’s about helping local produce go farther, stay fresher, and meet global standards.Big thanks to the Caribbean Development Bank for their continued support throughout the Packhouse Project. #ExportSaintLucia #CDBPackhouseProject #ColdChainMatters #AgricultureExports

  • It was our distinct pleasure to showcase Saint Lucian products this past weekend at the 40th CONCACAF Ordinary Congress — hosted in Saint Lucia for the first time, and a proud first for any regional state. From handmade crafts to local flavors, our products sparked real interest and conversation among delegates. Visitors explored, tasted, asked questions, and left with a deeper appreciation for the quality and creativity Saint Lucia has to offer. Special thanks to the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports - Saint Lucia and the Saint Lucia Football Association for the opportunity to collaboratively partner on this initiative. #ExportSaintLucia #MadeInSaintLucia #ConcacafCongress2025 #SupportLocal
