With the help of ArcelorMittal Steel Service Centre Poland, InPost has started using #XCarb® recycled and renewably produced #Magnelis® steel for the central modules of its parcel lockers. ✔️ At the end of 2024, the InPost Group had more than 82,000 out-of-home points, including almost 47,000 Parcel Lockers and more than 35,000 PUDO (pick up, drop off) points in nine countries 👉 UK, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg & the Netherlands With a 65% lower CO₂ footprint than conventionally produced steel, our XCarb® recycled and renewably produced steel is now helping InPost move towards a more sustainable future. Proud to support the sustainability objectives of FORVIA, one of our valued Tier One #automotive partners. Together in 2024, we achieved a significant milestone, validating the use of our #XCarb® recycled and renewably produced steel from our mill in Sestao, ArcelorMittal Spain, to be used in Forvia’s seat components.  

The 13 kilometre stretch of Namo Bharat Corridor, part of the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project in India, has been inaugurated by Shri Narendra Modi, India Prime Minister. This electric truck operates 100% within ArcelorMittal Europe. The Volvo Trucks FH Electric model offers a range of more than 300 km and a recharge time of only 3 hours! Our key objectives with this addition: ✅ Reduction of 55-60 tonnes of CO2 per year, aligning with ArcelorMittal's commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. ✅ Optimise our logistics routes, improving operational efficiency and minimising our environmental impact. 💪 We're ready for more #smartersteels for people and planet #XCarb - ArcelorMittal Spain
