EASA Part 21G certified additive manufacturing of aircraft cabin interior components

About us

AM Craft is a one-stop-shop for polymer Additive Manufacturing for the Aviation Industry. Specializing in non-structural parts in the cabin, AM Craft customers include aircraft operators, MROs, part manufacturers that benefit from shorter lead times, as well as decreased weight, increased functionality, and optimized design for the aircraft cabin interior parts. In collaboration with an EASA Part 21J certified partners, AM Craft offers end-to-end support with aircraft cabin interior part design certification, manufacturing, and delivery with a FORM1 certificate. AM Craft uses 8x in-house Stratasys FDM industrial additive manufacturing machines (Fortus 450 and F900 systems). Together with partners, AM Craft is able to accommodate flexible delivery schedules and volume orders by leveraging a consolidated polymer additive manufacturing capacity, totaling 50+ printers at 7 different locations in EMEA. All of our printers, including our partners, use high-performance (high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent heat resistance, high impact strength) and aerospace-certified (FST and stringent test criteria compliant) materials such as ULTEM™ 9085 CG. Whether you need support in projects involving prototyping, tooling, aircraft interior end-part modification or development, AM Craft would be the right partner to work with!
