PROSAFE today launched its new training centre by offering a first GAS DETECTION training session in collaboration with IHI Ltd.

La détection de gaz est un élément critique dans le cadre de travaux en espace clos ou à proximité de gaz ou de vapeurs inflammables. Seule une personne compétente peut évaluer l'atmosphère et autoriser les travaux à risques. Dans le cadre de cette formation, les participants pourront se familiariser avec les dangers atmosphériques, l'utilisation de tubes colorimétriques, les types de détecteurs fixes et portables ainsi que les techniques d'évaluation de l'atmosphère. IHI LTD supplies twelve (12) TSI DustTrak Environmental Monitor 854301-M1 to a major mining company in Guinea implementing a fugitive dust monitoring program.
