Thank you to the Federation of Manufacturer's Malaysia (FMM) Youth for inviting Mr. Alvin Yap to be on the panel of "Navigating the Legacy and Future" together with Dr. Feranita PhD, MRes, MBA and Ms. Heng Charng Yee during the ASEAN Manufacturing Youth Conference 2024 (AMYC 2024). Mr. Alvin shared with the delegates on the strategies for wealth preservation and transition to the next generation whilst making sure that wealth last for more than 3 generations. It was a great to hear fresh perspectives from the youth who are now in their family business and their views on passing on the baton to their generation. Once again, we at A.D.
