🚨The SC and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) are strengthening their collaboration to combat the surge in online scams and unlicensed activities to ensure quicker scam detection, efficient content removal, and better protection for all Malaysians. ⚡️ In 2024 alone, the SC received 4,859 public complaints related to scams and unlicensed activities, while 66,507 scam-related contents were removed with the support of MCMC.
