A proud milestone for the Group today as we take a bold step towards Malaysia’s digital talent with the launch of the Gamuda AI Academy, a partnership with Google Cloud. The academy was officially inaugurated by YB Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, Digital Minister, Malaysia. This initiative, the first in Malaysia’s construction sector, is designed to cultivate the next generation of AI professionals and innovators.  The launch was also graced by Ms. Serene Sia, Country Director, Malaysia and Singapore, Google Cloud. With the support of Google Cloud, we are upskilling our employees and building a broader AI talent pool across Malaysia. As the Group continues to push boundaries in engineering and construction by leveraging AI solutions, this academy solidifies our commitment towards digital transformation within the industry. Our advanced AI integration in our construction processes and the launch of our Gamuda AI Academy were showcased to close to a thousand invitees, who also included Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim; Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo; Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz; and Transport Minister Anthony Loke. This partnership with Google has paved the way for an invitation to the exclusive CEO roundtable with Ruth Porat, President and Chief Investment Officer of Google, underscoring the depth of our multifaceted collaboration in construction, cloud, AI and even renewable energy. We are proud to share that Gamuda Taiwan has made history as the first Malaysian company to win the prestigious Excellent Honour in Public Construction Quality Award 2024 for our outstanding work on the Guantang Marine Bridge project. We're excited for DT Infrastructure and their partnership with Aula Energy and CS Energy on the Boulder Creek Wind Farm project in Central Queensland. This initiative is a key milestone in Queensland's renewable energy push towards 70% clean energy by 2032. By building on early contractor involvement, Gamuda is proud to contribute to this transformative project, aligning with global efforts for a net-zero future.

The Group, through DT Infrastructure, has secured a major milestone in Australia with the AUD243 million (RM702 million) contract to design and construct the Boulder Creek Wind Farm in Queensland. Awarded by Aula Energy and CS Energy, this is the first wind farm project to be delivered by Gamuda Group under the DT Infrastructure brand. Construction includes: • 38 turbines, with a generating capacity of 228 MW (6 MW per turbine) to power approximately 85,000* homes • Civil and electrical works to construct 41km of access tracks with grades up to 15% and 70,000 m3 of cut/fill bulk earthworks Upon commencement, the wind farm will bolster Queensland’s efforts to reach its electricity generation target of 50% overall supply from renewables by 2030, further solidying our commitment to contribute to a more sustainable future.
