At Malaysia Business Events Week (MBEW), our team has been in full swing! Our Deputy General Manager , Robert Hatton-Jones represented the Centre in signing a MOU with Asian Federation of Exhibition & Convention Associations (AFECA), Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), and MACEOS Secretariat, marking KL as the host for the AFECA Convention this November. Robert showcased his expertise by moderating a session with distinguished panellists, Dato’ Sri Dr. Haji Irmohizam Ibrahim, JP, Datuk Hajah Rosmawati Hj. Lasuki and Winnee Lim. Our Kelvin Chai, CEM Chai inspired future industry leaders, discussing venue management as a rewarding career path for college students. Julian Loh and MOHD ZULKIFLY MOHD SHARIFF led an engaging session on how we have shaped the Centre into a sustainable destination. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, the KLCC Precinct has been transformed into a place where delegates and visitors can “meet, eat, sleep, shop, and play” sustainably. The KLCC Precinct annual programme, Sustainable September, brings together our partners, including KLCC Holdings Sdn Bhd, Mandarin Oriental, Traders Hotel, Impiana KLCC Hotel, and Suria KLCC, with a robust line-up of activities for our 2nd edition.
