New renderings have been revealed for Birch House, a new rental development located at 49 Fisk Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. The new renderings are being released in tandem with the completion of the project’s amenities, and comes amid a surge in summer lease activity at the property. The property is being developed by Halpern Real Estate Ventures.

Birch House yields 337 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 50,000 square feet of amenities. Outdoor amenities include a 20,000-square-foot landscaped garden courtyard and a 22,000-square-foot rooftop, and indoor amenities include coworking spaces, a speakeasy-style bar, a fitness center, a gaming and billiard lounge, and a children’s playroom.

Birch House is situated in the Hackensack Waterfront District. The property is near Lincoln Park, and offers a complimentary shuttle to the Journal Square PATH Station along with covered onsite parking with EV charging stations.
