Did you know? According to World Health Organization, the global prevalence of anaemia among pregnant women is 36.5%. This figure is notably higher in specific regions, such as #Africa, making it a severe public health challenge. Beyond its impact on maternal health, anaemia can have long-term consequences for both mothers and their babies. At #AMCE, we’re taking a comprehensive approach to tackling haematological conditions in women – such as anaemia. With the right tools, expertise, and resources, we are advancing specialised care in haematology - ensuring that women receive the lifesaving treatment and support they need. But true change goes beyond treatment. That’s why we advocate for solutions that empower women economically and educationally, helping to break the cycle of preventable diseases. Together, we can build a future where every woman has access to quality healthcare. Join us in redefining medical care across Africa. #AMCE #WomensHealth #Haematology #MaternalHealth #AfricanHealthcare #HealthcareInnovation
