Last Saturday was truly remarkable as Nsonye Women in Tech Community, a thriving community that supports women in tech, invited me to moderate the panel discussion at the close-knit #IWD Mixer. The energy was high as I led the discussion and involved our amazing panellists in a thought-provoking discussion that revealed deep revelations and shed light on the distinct career paths each of them had carved out. Each gave an insight into the struggles they've faced and the victories they've enjoyed along the way as they discussed their individual journeys. I had on the panel; Wamide Animashaun (Ecosystem and Partnerships Director at Propel), Victory Brown (a researcher, community builder, strategist, and designer) and Kikelomo Owoyale (Chief Executive Officer/Founder at SheFoundry Ltd) The discussion focused on bridging the gender gap in tech and other industries, emphasizing inclusivity and securing equal representation. The event itself was a testament to the power of simplicity and impact. Amidst the casual setting, meaningful conversations ignited, leaving a lasting impression on the women that attended the event. Thank you so much for the invitation Joyce Nwanochi (Founder & Team Lead), NSONYE As I reflect on this experience, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to facilitate such enriching dialogue and contribute to the ongoing conversation around gender equality and inclusion. Here's to more moments of genuine connection, transformative conversations, and unforgettable public speaking engagements in the journey ahead. #chimuanyadike #speakingengagements #womenintech #personaldevelopment #IWD2024 #InspireInclusion #moderator
