Role: Financial Planning Officer Industry: Cybersecurity/Service Assurance Mode: Hybrid Location: Victoria Island, Lagos JOB OVERVIEW The Financial Planning Officer is responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the preparation of financial reports for the company, including corporate accounting and earnings reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparation of monthly business unit and consolidated financial statements. - Prepare detailed internal financial reports, including researching and explaining significant variances by working closely with various departments and management. - Assesses the needs of the business, prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion. - Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly, including income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows. - Perform quality assurance and deliver recurring reports accurately and on-time. - Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information. - Interpret and analyze financial information posted to general ledger accounts. - Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. - Play a crucial role in implementing new software for department improvement and efficiency. - Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties. Role: Systems Engineer Industry: Cybersecurity/Service Assurance Mode: Hybrid Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and manage F5 BIG-IP systems, including LTM, GTM, and ASM modules. - Configure and optimize F5 load balancing, traffic management, and SSL offloading solutions. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to F5 devices and applications. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. - Implement security policies and practices to safeguard network and application traffic, including SSL/TLS encryption and certificate management. - Document system configurations, technical processes, and troubleshooting procedures for both internal teams and clients. - Provide hands-on support for application migrations, deployments, and version updates to minimize downtime and operational disruption. - Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, requirements gathering, and proposal development, offering technical expertise to clients. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance for F5 devices, using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and F5 iRules for detailed packet capture and analysis. - Utilize browser developer tools to analyze HTTP headers, sessions, and client-server interactions, identifying issues related to application delivery and security policies (e.g., improper caching, SSL/TLS issues, or WAF rule misconfigurations). - Perform deep packet analysis for debugging and resolving issues related to load balancing, SSL/TLS handshakes, and application delivery performance.
