Thrilled to see ’I Don’t Know Where To Start’ on the Berlin Commercial Shortlist this year in the craft / colour grading category! Our very own Amy Besate worked her magic, choosing a colder colour grade to  enhance the wooden surroundings, giving it a warm mahogany tone. 🚖 Uber's new campaign highlights the unmatched feeling of knowing someone’s got your back & we’re stoked to have played a part in bringing this film to life! Our edit helped craft the narrative by blending iconic classic movie moments with clips from internet culture, all complimented by the timeless ‘I Want to Hold Your Hand’ from The Beatles. This was a passion project from start to finish, from the story edit to the final colour grade. Huge shoutout to team Uber for bringing us on board! 🌈 Thrilled to have collaborated for the second year in a row with Trip to the Moon Films and director Max Grapperhaus, bringing this year’s Queer & Pride film to life for City of Amsterdam! With the film, Max wants to present Queer & Pride Amsterdam in a sensitive and serious way, uncovering a side of the city that’s omnipresent though not always visible. “We want people to feel it’s always there by tickling their senses throughout the city.” Art Director Stefano Paron adds ‘Our team crafted playful, frame by frame, hand-drawn animations that highlight the VO and sprinkle colour across our elegant city’. The 16mm footage gave us the perfect texture and surrealist look to work on, as our Colourist Amy Besate said: “Most of the time I am being asked to recreate film so this was just a pure pleasure!” Bertus Pelser: "Musically, we aimed to create a counterpoint to the playful animations, subtly underlining the voiceover and adding dimension to the film. We avoided ambient or tactile sounds to stay rooted in a more magical world and focus on the voice." “Amsterdam is, for me, a city where people should be able to show their true colours, especially in terms of sexual and gender diversity.
