𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 Natasha!🙋♀️ This is Natasha, 32-years of age and Warehouse Administrator at Anteryon B.V. ! Originally from South Africa, Natasha has a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. Before joining Anteryon in June, she worked in the automotive industry as a logistics coordinator. Nowadays at Anteryon, she’s in charge of exports and stock management, so that our production departments don't run out of supply! Natasha loves Anteryon’s international vibe and high-tech environment. She’s made great connections with her coworkers, which also boosted her Dutch! Patrick heeft een indrukwekkende carrière als specialist in precisie glasbewerking. Bij Anteryon B.V. speelt hij een belangrijke rol in het ontwikkelen en invoeren van nieuwe precisie glasproducten. Hij brengt nieuwe processen, machines en technologieën in, die de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de productie sterk verbeteren. Zijn werk met materialen zoals Zerodur en ULE glas, waarbij hij zeer nauwkeurige resultaten behaalt, laat zien hoe goed hij in zijn vak is. Naast zijn technische werk heeft Patrick veel bijgedragen aan de groei van zijn collega’s. Hij ontwierp een driejarig trainingsprogramma om hen op te leiden in glaspolijsten en gerelateerde technieken. Als mentor en leermeester begeleidt en traint hij collega’s, waarbij hij hen inspireert en ondersteunt in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Patrick heeft tevens een stevige bijdrage geleverd aan verbeteringen in het productieproces. Zijn creatieve aanpak leidde tot oplossingen die zowel de productiekwaliteit als de snelheid ten goede kwamen. Dankzij zijn inzet voor innovatie, kwaliteit en kennisdeling is Patrick een onwijs waardevolle kracht binnen zijn vakgebied. Meet Alain! 🙋♂️ This is Alain, is 29 years old and Production Manager at Anteryon B.V.. With a background in Industrial Engineering and Mechatronics and three years of work experience as an Engineer, Alain started at Anteryon in September 2022 as a Process Engineer. At that time, he was looking for an organization with short lines of communication in an innovative market—a challenge he found at Anteryon. After a year, the position of Production Manager came his way; an opportunity he seized with both hands. In his current role, Alain is responsible for various departments within Anteryon. Together with his team, he works on improvement projects such as daily management and 6S. What Alain finds most appealing about Anteryon is the great diversity of employees and the room for personal growth and initiative. This is beautifully reflected in the opportunity he has been given as a Production Manager. When Alain is not working at Anteryon, you can often find him at home, where he is busy building his own house.
