Prodrive Technologies secures €3.8 million grant to accelerate rectifier production for green hydrogen   We are excited to share that we have been awarded a €3.8 million subsidy through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency IMKE grant, aimed at rapidly scaling up production capacity for key climate technologies in The Netherlands. This grant will enable us to significantly increase the production of our Hydra rectifiers – a critical component in the most efficient and future-proof green hydrogen production systems.   Starting in 2025, we are entering a new phase where the innovations of recent years will be industrialized along with investments in large-scale production facilities near Eindhoven, aiming for an output of 3 GW rectifier capacity per year by 2029.   This is not just an investment in our future; in line with Prodrive's mission, it's a contribution towards a climate-neutral industry and economy by supporting the transition to an affordable green hydrogen market.   The Hydra rectifier, our key technology in this journey, will continue to be at the heart of our efforts. Its key advantages include an extremely small footprint, world class efficiency and superb grid stability, making it ideal for bulk hydrogen production. Prodrive Technologies welcomes Japanese semiconductor equipment manufacturers This week, Prodrive had the privilege of hosting a delegation from leading Japanese semiconductor equipment manufacturers, including TOKYO ELECTRON LIMITED, Hitachi High-Tech Corporation, Advantest, SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd., Toray Industries, Inc., and Kokusai Electric. The visit was organized by the Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij (BOM) (Brabant Development Agency), in collaboration with the Dutch Embassy in Japan and the Semiconductor Equipment Association of Japan (SEAJ). The delegation visited Prodrive Technologies to learn more about our innovations and the products we offer to the semiconductor industry. During the visit, they were given an in-depth tour of our production facilities and were introduced to our development and production environment. The visit was personally introduced by our founder and CTO, Pieter Janssen, highlighting the strong relationships between Japanese and Dutch companies in the semiconductor sector.
