Revolutionary Project for Ribblesdale School Complete!   Our innovative resurface project for Ribblesdale High School in Clitheroe is now complete! The ageing sand-dressed surface has been transformed into a fully sustainable 3G surface, perfect for football and non-contact sports. This is the first project in the UK to use Edelgrass’ Turf-to-Turf™ technology, surfaced with the Edel Athmos carpet and Edel Xero backing.   What Makes the project sustainable? ☑️ Edel Athmos Carpet: Features a groundbreaking dual-component yarn structure, incorporating 50% end-of-life recycled turf materials. ☑️ Edel Xero Backing: Made with 43% end-of-life recycled turf components. ☑️ Turf-to-Turf™ Innovations: Together, they achieve a 43.3% reduction in the Environmental Cost Indicator. ☑️ Circular Recycling: At the end of its life cycle, the entire surface, including infill, can be fully recycled.   Blakedown is proud to have received brilliant feedback, with The Head of School sharing: "The pitch is outstanding, and it has already made a significant positive impact on sports provision in school."
