Access to reliable energy is critical for education, especially in times of crisis. That’s why we're supporting the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation in equipping schools with solar power solutions that ensure learning continues, even during outages. Bobryk Gymnasium and Nemishaieve Lyceum No. 2, two schools impacted by war, are now part of the “100 Solar Schools” project. With new hybrid solar power stations, these schools have access to clean, reliable energy, providing up to four hours of backup power during blackouts. This not only supports uninterrupted education but also helps reduce CO2 emissions by a combined 848 tons over 25 years and saves thousands of euros annually in electricity costs, allowing schools to invest in other critical needs. Beyond energy resilience, students at both schools are also benefiting from an educational course on sustainability and green energy, helping to instill eco-friendly habits for the future. Our IronRidge - An Enstall Company, team celebrates a recent win. As part of GRID Alternatives WE Build Colorado, IronRidge supported a solar installation for Habitat for Humanity Colorado. The installation, totaling 513 solar panels will grant the community 468,000 kWh/year, saving Habitat for Humanity $70k to allocate to supporting housing efforts in Colorado.

Enstaller Nils Bakker recently used his Empower Hours to volunteer with VGW (Association for Disabled Winter Sports), supporting youth with disabilities on a ski trip in Vigo di Fassa, Italy. Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating our CEO, Stijn Vos, as he transitions into the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. 🥂 Stijn’s solar journey began in 2015 when he acquired Esdec - an Enstall brand in the Netherlands. Since then, he has built Enstall, which now includes four brands in Europe, three in the U.S., and one global specialized C&I brand. We want to thank Stijn for being an inspirational leader, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit, and always taking a genuine interest in every employee.
