    In early July, OptInsight hosted a brief poll on LinkedIn to gather opinions on where consent management process ownership should be situated within #pharma and #lifesciences companies. We've received a significant amount of feedback and, as promised, we will be addressing this in an upcoming article. The article is nearly finalized and is scheduled to be published in the middle of next week. While the responses have indicated a clear trend, we have yet to observe this trend being put into practice. Our article will ultimately offer recommendations and an approach based on our insights. This ensures that Healthcare Providers (HCPs) have choices and you can prevent opting out of all communications. - Manual work and data failures: A central hub for managing consent across multiple channels used by an HCP is essential to avoid errors and manual work. - Data quality issues can arise from the inability to accurately identify data belonging to specific doctors, leading to data integrity issues. - a CRM which is not capable to orchestrate data from different channels seamlessly: It's important for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support an omni-channel communication strategy.
