⏰ Trend alert: European Tech companies have decreased their rates of hiring, salary increases, and attrition compared to last year. ⬇ Hiring rates have dropped by 15%, from 34% to 29% ⬇ Non-promotion annual pay increases are down 13%, from 5.8% to 5% ⬇ Rates of attrition are also down significantly, declining to 18.1% from 27.2% last year, a drop of over 33% Many people- and reward teams are preparing their annual pay review.
