    How are human capital leaders at forward-thinking organizations reshaping the world of work? I’m excited to hear first-hand insights this week at Randstad Enterprise 2024 re:imagine talent summit in NYC from October 1-3. This inaugural event is something I have been looking forward to for some time. Not only is it a forum for our guests to share and exchange ideas, discuss challenges and reframe solutions, but re:imagine also provides a collective view of how human capital leaders are adapting their strategy for major disruptions such as generative AI in the workplace, creating stand-out talent experiences, accelerating the skills-based revolution and realizing the benefits of nurturing human potential. Leading human capital leaders will also be on stage to voice their views and ambitions, alongside executives from partner organizations such as Made By Dyslexia, Blind Institute of Technology and Inclusively. We’ll discuss how to enhance access to talent by considering great people that organizations often overlook. These sessions will be accompanied by two days of practical workshops to prepare participants for an exciting 2025.     We are excited to share that our Global Talent Marketing team, along with the Media Managers from the Sourcing Centre of Excellence, has been awarded "Best RPO 2024" by Indeed! This achievement reflects our teams’ dedication and proactive partnership with Indeed. By leveraging their tools and insights, we’ve enhanced our RMI and Talent Intelligence capabilities, allowing us to create effective talent attraction strategies for our clients. We take pride in our collaborative spirit, actively engaging with the Indeed team both in person and virtually. This was especially evident at the recent Indeed RPO Alliance event in Lisbon, where Caroline McMahon and Fiona Halkyard discussed the future of talent with industry leaders.     We are pleased to announce that Randstad UK and RSR EMEA have recently been awarded the Bronze Award as part of Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) TIDE bench-marking service. TIDE is ENEI’s self-assessment, evaluation, and bench-marking tool, which measures an organisation’s strides and strategies in fostering diversity and inclusion. TIDE supports flexible and inclusive management of D&I, moving away from strand specific language and approach, allowing organisations to focus on the areas that will make the most difference. It evaluates D&I activities and outcomes with geographic and legislative differences. We are extremely pleased with the progress Randstad UK and RSR EMEA have made on equity, diversity and inclusion and look forward to building on this success going forward.
