We are excited to share that our Global Talent Marketing team, along with the Media Managers from the Sourcing Centre of Excellence, has been awarded "Best RPO 2024" by Indeed! This achievement reflects our teams’ dedication and proactive partnership with Indeed. We are pleased to announce that Randstad UK and RSR EMEA have recently been awarded the Bronze Award as part of Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) TIDE bench-marking service. TIDE is ENEI’s self-assessment, evaluation, and bench-marking tool, which measures an organisation’s strides and strategies in fostering diversity and inclusion. TIDE supports flexible and inclusive management of D&I, moving away from strand specific language and approach, allowing organisations to focus on the areas that will make the most difference. It evaluates D&I activities and outcomes with geographic and legislative differences. We are extremely pleased with the progress Randstad UK and RSR EMEA have made on equity, diversity and inclusion and look forward to building on this success going forward.
