The report highlights some of the ways we're fostering equity and opportunity through reskilling and upskilling programs around the world. In Japan, our digital boot camp is helping people shift into tech roles, providing essential skills for the future. In India, our Randstad for All program is opening up opportunities for marginalized communities, including LGBTQI+ individuals, ensuring that everyone has access to meaningful, inclusive work. One year ago, the Clipper Stad Amsterdam set sail on a two-year voyage around the world. 🌍 Since 2000, the Stad Amsterdam has been sailing on a voyage that supports the inclusion, upskilling, and exposure to life changing work opportunities for diverse groups of young people. By providing them with a chance to see the world, make new friends and navigate their way into working life, the Clipper contributes to reducing inequalities and giving these young people a unique once-in-a-lifetime experience.
