    Another inspiring story was unveiled! During the recent Semco Style Stories webinar series, we were joined by an award-winning, 11-year-old tech company from India, Codewave. They are offering a UX-first design thinking & digital transformation services company, designing & engineering innovative mobile apps, cloud, & edge solutions. It was an inspiring session co-facilitated by Semcostyle Institute India, during which the founders, Abhijith HK and Vidhya Abhijith, shared their vision to make creativity a part of everyone's job, how they established their own self-management style, and how they braved each crisis throughout their eleven years of operations.     “Purpose fuels passion. Use your passion to make an impact.” Practicing what we preach, the Semco Style Institute Global ‘took it outside’ the screen and went to Phuket, Thailand, to meet offline! It was an inspiring few days looking back on how SSI began, revisiting our purpose, and realigning our goals to create more impact as we approach our 10th-year milestone. In this digital age, meeting people anywhere has become more convenient, but nothing beats personal interaction every once in a while. Through this team retreat, we were able to look each other in the eye as we asked ourselves, “What impact do we want to make through Semco Style Institute?” The conversations, realizations, and discussions were priceless. We share the same passion. Now, it’s time to use that passion to make an impact on the community!
