We’re Hiring: People & Culture Manager - Sircle Collection. As our new People & Culture Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a vibrant, international, and inclusive work environment. Leading a team of passionate P&C professionals across HR, recruitment, and payroll, you’ll ensure our people-first culture thrives while staying hands-on with daily operations. You’ll coach and develop your team, provide expert guidance on complex HR cases, oversee payroll, manage visa and work permit processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. With a keen eye for numbers, you’ll also handle salary budgets and P&C reports for our head office and six stunning hotels. Fluency in Dutch & English is required for this role.
