New Help Center is live!
Help docs are a pain to create and maintain. But this workflow makes it much nicer: 1. Make a Video FIRST 🏁 For help docs it's normally easier to demonstrate how something works than writing it out. So start by making a good video. This is where you want to put in the most effort, because the video is going to be core piece of content for the help article. Use Tella for the videos, of course :) 2. Generate a Written Version 📗 Then run the video's transcript through chatGPT, Claude, etc. to generate a written version. Ask the AI to convert the transcript into a help doc. You could also ask for bullet points, or a full blog post. Play around with word length, tone etc. etc. - you know the drill. Embed the video + paste the written version into your site, CMS, Notion or whatever you use to host your Help Docs. 3. Add AI Search 🤖 The final magic touch. Using something like Inkeep you can make every doc searchable. It also has AI chat so users can just ask questions about your product. Final result should look similar to our new Help Center.
