Dit bedrijfsverzamelgebouw is speciaal ontworpen voor start-ups en scale-ups binnen de life sciences-industrie 🔬 🧫 Het gebouw bestaat uit twee vleugels, met als verbindend element een atrium, van waaruit alle ruimten bereikbaar zijn en centrale ontmoetingen kunnen plaatsvinden. De vleugels zijn voorzien van hoogwaardige faciliteiten, zoals grote schachten, hoge plafonds en goede ventilatie, om te voldoen aan de eisen voor laboratoria ⚗️ met hogere classificaties. Via onze partner 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 hebben wij 𝗧𝗦𝗘 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻 geleverd aan dit project. Onze TSE stekeinden worden gemaakt van wapeningsstaal B500B en zijn aan één uiteinde gesmeed en voorzien van metrisch schroefdraad. 🟥 Exciting News! 🟥 We are thrilled to announce that Terwa Construction Group ALC Alligator Splicing Couplers have been awarded the CARES TA 1A certification! The TA 01A standard applies to mechanical couplers designed to meet the requirements of BS 5400 Part 10: 1980, focusing on fatigue performance in steel structures. This certification ensures that our couplers are suitable for structures subjected to cyclic or dynamic loading, such as bridges and infrastructure projects . With both TA 01A and TA 01B certifications, our Alligator Couplers now meet even higher performance standards: ✅ TA 01A – Focuses on fatigue resistance, ensuring couplers perform under cyclic or dynamic loads. ✅ TA 01B – Ensures static performance, verifying strength and integrity under normal loading conditions. This achievement reaffirms our commitment to innovation, safety, and performance in structural engineering. A huge thank you to our team and partners for making this possible! 🙌

𝗠ă𝗿ț𝗶ș𝗼𝗿 – 𝗔 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 ☀️ Today, our Romanian colleagues celebrate 𝗠ă𝗿ț𝗶ș𝗼𝗿, a cherished tradition marking the arrival of spring 🌱 Symbolizing luck, health, and renewal, Mărțișor is given on the first of March as a token of appreciation and well wishes. It consists of a red and white twisted thread 🎀 often adorned with a small charm—such as a horseshoe, clover 🍀 or chimney sweep—attached to a thoughtful gift. 🔴 𝗥𝗲𝗱 represents life and love ⚪ 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 symbolizes purity and wisdom Traditionally, Mărțișor is worn until the end of March, then tied to a blossoming tree 🌲 to bring good fortune. This marks a significant step in our journey toward more sustainable and environmentally responsible products and reflects our dedication to quality, transparency, and long-term partnerships with companies worldwide.
