We are thrilled to announce that Raben Group has raised the bar by strengthening its climate targets. Our revised near-term targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), with scope 1 and 2 targets aligning with a 1.5°C global warming pathway, and the scope 3 target supporting a well-below 2°C scenario. Our targets 🚀: 1️⃣ Raben Group’s near-term targets is to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 60.4% by 2032 (compared to the 2020 baseline). 2️⃣ In addition, Raben Group has committed to engage its regular carriers, collectively responsible for 79% of Scope 3 emissions in climate action by 2027. By adopting science-based targets, Raben Group is committed to continuously improve its environmental performance with a strong focus on reducing the carbon footprint in logistics and transport operation. UPM Raflatac and Raben 4PL Solutions have strengthen successful partnership 🤝 Both companies have been cooperating since 2021. After four years of successful cooperation and significant mutual business development, in December 2024 the companies agreed to an extension of the cooperation agreement for another five years. The new contract between Raben 4PL Solutions and UPM Raflatac will run until March 2030.   Since the inception of this partnership, both companies have experienced remarkable progress, leveraging each other's strengths to innovate and expand their market presence. Raben 4PL Solutions is responsible for a wide range of services: supporting customer communication, optimize the planning process, customs control, as well as controlling the entire settlement of both the customer and all involved partners. It is time to summarize 2024 🚚 During last year we focused on reinforcing our European structures and implementing numerous innovations, largely geared towards reducing emissions. New facilities, impressive in terms of modernity and size, were launched in Central Europe, and the year culminated with the announcement of our expansion into sixteenth country - Switzerland. - Although 2024 was quite a demanding year, we successfully completed many interesting projects. Above all, we continued our European expansion. Nowadays, Raben Group network has depots in fifteen markets in Europe, and we are about to welcome country number sixteen - Switzerland - into our structures. This is a really big achievement and an important step in increasing our presence on the map of Europe - says Ewald Raben, CEO Raben Group. - Throughout the year, we worked to strengthen our international network, we innovated and developed our processes and systems, which constitutes a solid foundation for the business in the years to come.
