Such as Volero who automatically answer delivery queries via chat and whatsapp without any human intervention, or Transportation payment company Urbani in Mexico routing all their FB conversations to their smart AI Helpmate who takes care of answering the majority. And what about Grupo ILP who have the Motomundo customers rate their services through a NPS question that gets stored to the customer profile. The opportunities are endless! The breadth of our customer's experiences and feedback trigger even more great ideas within our product team and I am excited about what is coming up next!
