Spray it. Sort it. Say it! – Here's to recycling aerosol cans! 🌍 Today is Global Recycling Day, and we're marking the day by focusing on the recycling of aerosols. Aerosol cans add a layer of complexity due to their pressurized contents and plastic components. These cans, made from recyclable materials like aluminium and steel, often require specific handling to ensure safety and efficiency, depending on local recycling guidelines and facilities. Consumer awareness and proper disposal practices are crucial to improving recycling rates. In Argentina, we are proud to partner with the urban recycler who collects aerosol aluminium cans from consumers' homes and processes them using machinery provided by Trivium. This machinery compacts the aerosols, making them safe for recycling. The compacted aerosols are then melted down to produce aluminium ingots, which are used to create new products. This initiative aims to boost recycling rates, support the local community, and promote a circular economy. Check our quick guide below and learn how to contribute to safe aerosol can recycling! #WeContainWhatMatters #recyclingday #circulareconomy #recycling #aerosols

Did you know that, on average, we spend a third of our lives at work? That helps us understand why our work has such a significant impact on our lives. This realisation made us curious to discover the impact Trivium has on our community, so we embarked on a journey to find out what Trivium means to the people who are a part of it. Here is a video of what they told us, offering a glimpse of who we are and what we aim to bring to the world. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it. #WeContainWhatMatters #community #workplace #people

Our team in Budapest triumphed for the second time at the 13th annual CEE Business Services Summit & Awards, with Trivium’s Business Service Centre winning the prestigious Top Employer Branding Initiative category. "In the past years, I had the pleasure to represent the BSC in Warsaw. This year, I am extremely happy that Miklos Dicso and Antonio Silvestri could step into the spotlight for their efforts. Their presentation highlighted centralising finance and procurement activities, implementing automation and technology, and showcasing how our initiatives create an inclusive and vibrant workplace. Let's celebrate this success and continue to work towards creating an exceptional workplace for all!" said Timea Radics, Head of BSC. #WeContainWhatMatters #BSC #workplaceaward #employerbranding #inclusion

Manufacturing has a lot to offer when it comes to your career, but in many industries, women don’t seek out manufacturing as a place to work. To celebrate International Women’s Day, we ask why and explore the role of women in manufacturing and what may prevent them from choosing it as a career path (and what we might be missing out on as a result). Join us during March as we explore the experiences of women in manufacturing and what allies can do to bridge the gap, bringing us all together under this year’s global theme of Accelerating Action. To start off, we searched for data on what the numbers are, and what holds women back. Here is what we found: #WeContainWhatMatters #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction #IWD #InternationalWomensDay #WomensDay INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY (MARCH 8)
