Site Manager

For our client, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, we're looking for a Site Manager, who will be in charge of the business management of the warehouse teams, in Waalwijk (the Netherlands) and the general interface with the EMS interface, leading the warehouse teams to manage the warehouses: implement the high quality standards and manufacturing elements, promote quality improvement, and be responsible for the fulfillment quality of warehouses;

Our client’s regional distribution center in Europe are located in Hungary and in the Netherlands, delivering timely, customized products to more than 40 countries in EU, Central Asia and North African countries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the EMS factory production capacity commitment, capacity construction and capacity risk management, stable fulfillment;
• Responsible for EMS Fulfillment assurance;
• Lead the overall communication (include standard/KPI/Result etc.) between our client and EMS , and drive the solution of typical problems in EMS & our client that affect operations, and drive the EMS performance improvement;
• Ensure Inventory accuracy, and production safety, internal control, and network safety;
• Lead to build the warehouse team capability, continuously optimize / improve the warehouse business to reach the optimized cost;
• Stabilize and improve the capabilities of the warehouse team, discover local talents, establish talent pipe plan, and maintain stable and continuous business development;
• Responsible for supplier monthly performance management and lead suppliers to actively improve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Management, Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering;
• 10 years+ work experience in relevant fields;
• Strong communication skills with high customer orientation mindset;
• Fluent verbal/written in English and Dutch (Chinese language is advantage);
• Can work under pressure and can focusing on the details;
• Good organization skills and good team work;
• Have the basic knowledge of supply chain management, have good understanding of manufacturing and distribution principles;
• Have general knowledge of the general methods, responsibility matrix, and appraisal objectives of LSP daily management and appraisal, and be able to independently track and coordinate the business appraisal of logistics service providers;
• Be familiar with logistics, transportation and international trade processes, global forwarder working experience is an advantage.
