B2B mentor with 27+ years of experience → on a continuous raw mission towards something better and bigger | Serial entrepreneur | Founder @ Mister Raw
Founders, How do I get the right product-market fit? With the effective way that you neglect. By talking to your customers. The ones who speak to their markets are the ones who create better and faster success with a higher probability. So talking to your customers is the number 1 thing I’d recommend to any founder - whether a startup or a grownup. When you understand your customers, you know your company. This video is an excerpt from the podcast I did with Joran Hofman. See more about the podcast here: https://lnkd.in/epK55qQm ↓ I have my 2-hour online workshop to solve your sales, strategy, marketing, positioning, and fundraising challenges. And it's for only €500. I also have a 1:1 mentorship service for founders, CEOs, and startups. Go to my profile's featured section to book a "Raw call" with me.

My 5 learnings for reaching 15.000 followers on Linkedin 👇 No magic bullets here. 1. Define your target audience & your tone of voice For me, I'm focusing purely on B2B SaaS companies, with a PLG approach. It allows me to connect with the right people, write the content towards them and not worry about the rest. 2. Post regular, valuable content If you want to grow, you want to be consistent in being present with valuable content for your target audience. What helps me a lot is the Grow Your B2B SaaS Podcast, as it produces a lot of content. I don't re-use my old content. 3. Keep connecting with your target audience I'm not just accepting inbound requests, I will sent out connection requests to my target audience (with no note). Not sure if the guru's say the same, but for me not adding a note to them seems to work better. 4. I don't care about going viral My posts are 'boring' for people which are not in B2B SaaS, and won't have big potential of going viral; I might have posted a meme once. I want to become a thought leader within the B2B SaaS space, and have chosen to do this with valuable content (#2). 5. Writing the posts manually, and on the day itself. I have not scheduled posts on my personal profile in the last year. This post is something I came up with just now, and I would write it out and post it right away. No scheduler here. ----- Want to grow faster than me? Consider doing the following; - Engage more on other peoples content, I don't really play the comment game - Schedule your posts, it would help you become more consistent - Try to go viral, with meme's or other type of content - Re-use your content; see what is working and keep re-using it - Connect with everyone, not focusing on a real niche. Other advice for others? 👇 --- 🔔 Follow me (Joran) or Reditus for more B2B SaaS content. Ps. I can finally be a guest on the Grow Your B2B SaaS Podcast as I have have 15.000+ followers 🔥

I love being in the arena. I love the grind of building and growing a company. Of course, sometimes it's too tough. And that can hurt. And I wish it wouldn't. But I am not sure a career with minimal pain is better long term. Like those friends and people I know who exited their businesses. They are rich and bored now 😅 Video is an excerpt from the podcast I did with Joran Hofman - see more about his podcast here https://lnkd.in/e2eG6kB5 (It even ranks well on Google 😎)
