Founders are terrible consultants. Let me explain. What I learned from talking to many other founders: ✅ Never charge for their time ✅ Genuinely like to help others ✅ Often have an imposter syndrome Which aren't the best skills to have as a consultant. A common answer I received from founders when I asked the question on the podcast, "Why should people listen to you?" the answer often was: "I'm not sure if you should listen to me". Even though they have so much to share 🧠 I believe there is no better person to learn from than someone who has already done what you are trying to achieve. In my case, I am growing a B2B SaaS. Therefore, in season 4 of the Grow Your B2B SaaS Podcast we will dive more into the founder stories.
