Starting September 2023, our dedicated team led the project from design to installation, ensuring the highest safety standards. With collaboration across the UK, Malaysia, and Singapore, the final installation on-site in Malaysia was executed in March and April 2024. This project highlights the importance of heat shielding to protect both equipment and personnel from the high-risk environment of offshore vessels.     Our team in Brazil showcases the ELIOS 3 drone during the #ROG2024 event in Río. ELIOS 3 is a drone created specifically for inspecting confined and hard-to-reach spaces equipped with a LiDAR sensor for 3D mapping. Confined spaces like tanks and pressure vessels pose inspection risks. Our UAV services offer a safer, more efficient alternative, providing accurate data for better decision-making and maintenance. Applus+ is leading a key inspection and asset integrity management project at a major refinery in Hualpén, Bio Bio region, Chile. Here are the main aspects of Applus+ involvement in this project: ·   𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞: Providing critical inspection services for essential refinery assets including piping, fractionation towers, boilers, and more. ·   𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝: Employing advanced methods like ultrasonic testing (UT), thermography, leak detection, PAUT, liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing. ·   𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: A dedicated team of 30 specialized professionals is ensuring high-quality results. ·   𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭: Strict adherence to safety standards, mitigating risks associated with heights, confined spaces, and high temperatures. ·   𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Weekly management meetings to ensure agile communication and decision-making.
