Strengthening our operations team with fresh talent! We’re pleased to welcome Aitzul Schkoh to Føn as an Operations Intern in our Stavanger office. Aitzul has a background in contract management, business development, and customer relations. He has experience working in sales and operations roles in both Norway and Pakistan and gathered valuable experience within customer engagement, contract drafting, and operational coordination. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration and Leadership at the University of Stavanger, Aitzul has also worked as a Teaching Assistant, supporting coursework in macroeconomics and strategic management. His structured approach and ability to manage operational tasks will strengthen our project teams, and make us able maintain the high customer satisfaction that Føn is know for. Føn is attending the 28th Modifications Conference this week! Repairs, upgrades, and modifications are key to continued value creation in the Norwegian offshore market. With the annual maintenance and modification market expected to exceed NOK 10 billion and total investments on existing installations projected at NOK 40–50 billion annually until 2028, it is clear that the market is in need for suppliers that can deliver end-to-end solutions that connects EPCI and O&M. Growing our operations team in Norway! We are pleased to welcome Erlend Bø as an Operations Intern in our Stavanger office. Erlend has a background in engineering and project management, with experience from Backe Rogaland as and Risa AS, where he worked with EHS, waste management, and construction operations. He holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial Economics at University of Stavanger, specializing in risk management and maintenance. Erlend’s technical skills and hands-on experience will support our project management team in delivering efficient and high-quality services across our customer portfolio. Ramping up our commercial team!   We’re pleased to welcome Ken Chen to Føn where he will be taking in the role as Tender Coordinator working out of our Dutch office.   Ken has a strong background in offshore wind, with hands-on experience in O&M business development at TOWSC - Taiwan Offshore Wind Farm Services Corporation. He has worked extensively on large offshore wind tenders, managing multiple suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless, integrated solutions for customers.   With experience gathered at Business Sweden and Ipsos, Ken has developed deep expertise in market analysis and cross-border business development.
