Did you know that we have EPDs for all our products? 🌱 In short, EPD stands for Environmental Product Declaration, a document that summarizes a product's environmental profile. EPD is not only an important part of the documentation we provide with a finished product but also a central part of our product development process. We aim to be top-of-mind when it comes to documentation about our products and, consequently, our footprint 💡 Here are the 5 most important things we believe an EPD tells you: 🌱 Key environmental indicators 🌱 Which materials are included in the product 🌱 The proportions of recycled material that have gone into the product 🌱 The proportions of the material that will be recyclable at the end of its life 🌱 The specified lifespan of the product (which we can extend with our ReForm program, by the way ♻️) In other words, an EPD is a kind of life cycle analysis of a product. Why is this important to you? EPDs can be used as a tool when you compare both environmental footprints as well as lifespan or materials in a product. It is almost like reading the ingredient list or the "nutrition facts" on the food you buy 📄 And just as any food producer wants to show what their product contains, we want to do the same ✨ You can download the EPD for all our products under the "download" button located in the menu under each individual product at www.foraform.com 🫶🏼 #EPD #furniture #footprint #design #sustainability

The National Mediator/Riksmekleren has new premises - and we have been involved in delivering, among other things, this infinitely long Kvart table with accompanying Fjell chairs! ♾️ Fjell, which means "mountain" in English, is one of our best-selling products, and in the Fora Form universe, this must be one of the longest mountain ranges we have seen! ⛰️ This conference room is clearly meant for serious meetings, and with its clear expression, strong character, and unbeatable comfort, we couldn't agree more with the chair choice! We have relaunched Root in recycled plastic! ♻️ The Root series has always had a sustainable profile. Now, we are relaunching the series with an innovative and sustainable material made for the next generation. Smile Plastics' vision is to rediscover the beauty and functionality of materials we traditionally classify as "waste." The new tabletops for Root are, in other words, made from recycled materials, and the raw materials can stem from yogurt pots, household appliances, and general plastic packaging. Our Atrium chair has new color options! 🎨 Earlier this year, we won the Norwegian Design Industry's award for Product of the Year with our Atrium chair, and what better way to celebrate than by making it even more versatile? We are now launching Atrium in two new veneer finishes: Blended green and Blended pink 💚🩷 You might recognize the colors from the Knekk family? These are the same colors we are now using on the Atrium chair. This means that Atrium is now even more flexible, with more options for you to choose from.
