We are seeking an Assistant Buyer to join our growing Procurement team in Stirling, Scotland on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Fred. Olsen Renewables is a Norwegian developer, owner, and operator in renewable energy with history back to the mid-1990s. We are currently operating 12 wind farms with a total of 342 turbines in UK, Sweden and Norway. Your duties as Assistant Buyer will include: 👉 Sending and expediting quotations as and when required 👉 Placing purchase orders with suppliers 👉 Assist with storage of Procurement documentation 👉 Support with stock control and annual stock takes The ideal candidate will have experience from working in a similar role, possess strong communication skills and be able to thrive in a role with short lead times and a fast-paced environment. Vi har foreløpig trukket planinitiativet for et vindkraftverk i Sunnfjord kommune. Men det betyr ikke at planene er skrinlagt. Vi ønsker å utrede en vindkraftutbygging i et område i Sunnfjord og Høyanger kommuner. Vi har tro på å kunne utvikle et godt prosjekt som vil gi nødvendig kraft til lokal industri, og inntekter for vertskommunene og grunneiere. 👇 Her kan du lese mer om beslutningen. We have temporarily withdrawn the planning initiative for a wind farm in Sunnfjord municipality. But that doesn't mean the plans have been shelved. We want to develop a wind farm in an area spanning both Sunnfjord and Høyanger municipalities. It was a phenomenal celebration of the industry’s achievements over the past year and a perfect occasion to toast the collective efforts driving the green energy transition forward.
