Do your company culture and business align with your company values? I recently had lunch with Izabela Hawryłko, and during our conversation, she shared some valuable insights about the work they're doing at Omny. She emphasized just how essential it is to align company values with everyday business practices, whether you're in the startup or scaleup phase. It got me thinking and left me inspired. Then, last week at Oslo Innovation Week, I attended a session on Positive Organizational Culture hosted by IESE Business School with Anneloes Raes. The session left me with some great takeaways. With all of that inspiration, I was glad to host this workshop about company values alongside representatives from Plaace, ComplAi , VISOID , Shapemaker and Planck Technologies. Together, we explored how well companies’ values align with their vision and the true impact core values have beyond just being words on a website. Our discussions highlighted that core values are key drivers of both business decisions and company culture. We also examined how fully integrating these values into daily operations can positively impact internal culture and drive long-term growth and success.
