In March 2022, "Hele Norge Eskporterer" was launched with a clear ambition: to cultivate new export industries through systematic and collaborative efforts between the industry, public funding, and government administration. The results have been impressive, with significant progress already achieved! SAMS has been actively engaging with the initiative's leadership and playing a key role in shaping the Green Maritime focus area, which launched in November of last year. SAMS is at the forefront of establishing a groundbreaking export industry focused on autonomous transport and mobility, leading the charge with maritime autonomy. Under the leadership of Hans Inge Hem Bollingmo at Innovation Norway, MEK (Maritimt Eksportkontor) serves as a dynamic forum where SAMS collaborates with various organisations to drive the growth of this innovative export sector. We use High-Potential Opportunities (HPO), Global Growth / Trade Missions, Delegations, and Trade fairs as tools.
