“I joined Shearwater and the seismic industry in January 2019 as a HR Assistant. In 2020 I was promoted to HR Generalist. None of the positions existed before I joined Shearwater but joining an evolving organisation has enabled me to develop and grow in my career. There are a lot of different areas to explore and experience as a HR Professional. My career in Shearwater has allowed me to see different parts of the world and meet new people and cultures. Along the way, I’ve been exposed to various HR tasks and challenges.
