🚀 Exploring Psychological Safety in Teams! 🚀 Today, we hosted an interactive event where participants dove into the world of psychological safety—a key factor for collaboration, creativity, and performance in any team. We guided our attendees through hands-on activities, focusing on: • Understanding personal needs for feeling safe • Practicing empathy and supportive actions with each other • Building and adapting group dynamics to see how trust and safety evolve in real-time The insights? 💡 It’s clear that even small actions can have a big impact on how comfortable team members feel to contribute and take risks. It was a pleasure to host the recent KKN tour with Apriil procontra, PlayDesign Studio and HOLON Arkitektur AS. The goal of the studio walk was to bring the local creative community closer together and give everyone a peek into the fantastic work happening across the studios. Every year, as summer winds down, we set aside a few days to paddle together on a "Blåtur" - a lovely Norwegian tradition for a surprise adventure. This year, we went to one of Jæren's beautiful beaches, Borestrand, to surf 🏄🏻♂️. It was refreshingly simple, social, local, and fun.
