"Our answer of America first should be - innovation first!" says Markus Blume the Bavarian Minister for Science and Art. 🙏 Thank you to Frizzi Engler-Hamm, MBA and the team of MUNICH INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM to get the chance to be part of this amazing event together with Jens Struckmeier and WAIYS. Under the motto "Agenda 2030 - Time to Act", 250 decision-makers from Munich's innovation ecosystem came together to discuss how Munich and Germany can withstand the pressure from overseas and not only run after an AI evolution but also shape themselves significantly with innovation. I personally took the following points with me 🤝 It's all about collaboration across all areas - research, development, startups, small and large companies and politics. I was particularly pleased to find out more about AI NATION. With the aim of a common AI network across all “AI hubs” in Germany. Silicon Saxony maybe a chance for us? 🤖 What exactly is AI? Everyone is talking about it, and many medium-sized companies in particular are afraid to deal with it. But without them, is there a chance of making Germany a leading innovation location again? NO! We need more education about the opportunities of AI, especially at the management level of companies. 🏛️ Regulation - There is almost full agreement here that excessive regulation in the EU will slow down our progress. Whether in Tucherpark (Christoph Ölz), at the airport with LabCampus or the lead in quantum computing (Christian Heckemann), great projects are being created everywhere that make the progress and the will for change visible. #MUNICH INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM #AI NATION #IHK für München und Oberbayern #WAIYS
