Earlier this year, we proudly earned our Toitū Envirocare Carbonreduce Certification, marking a big step in our sustainability journey. Over 8 months, we measured and reduced our carbon footprint across all operations—from energy use to waste management. Our CEO, Jason Harvey-Wills, sees this as a key milestone toward becoming net carbon zero by 2030. At Landpro, we’re committed to balancing progress with environmental responsibility, setting ambitious goals to lead by example. 🌱 Read more about our journey below. landpro.co.nz/latest-news/ #ToitūCertified #Sustainability #BetterEnvironmentsBetterReturns #CarbonReduction

We’re proud to celebrate Sean’s achievement at the Survey and Spatial New Zealand Conference 🎉, where he earned bronze 🥉 in the Cadastral Survey of the Year! Sean’s dedication to excellence and his commitment to being his best reflect the values we hold at Landpro. We’re excited to support his continued growth and look forward to seeing more of his contributions to the surveying industry. #surveying #surveyandspatialnz #conference2024 #landpronz #betterenvironmentsbetterreturns
Last month, I had the privilege of attending the Survey and Spatial New Zealand Conference in Napier as part of the Emerging Leader's Program. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with so many talented professionals across our industry and meet the Emerging Leaders team in person. I was also proud to present my submission for Cadastral Survey of the Year, which was a challenge to condense into a five-minute presentation due to the scale of the dataset. I'm thrilled to have walked away with the bronze award in the Cadastral Survey of the Year on my first attempt! The CSD (SO 579550) was a qualifying water body survey of the Lochaber Crown Pastoral Lease, where I identified and established marginal strips adjacent to qualifying water bodies. Some creative naming conventions were used to keep things interesting. It was exciting to be on stage celebrating with Craig McInnes of Fox and Associates for winning silver and Mark Geddes of LT Surveys for taking home the gold for Cadastral Survey of the Year! A huge shoutout to the team at Landpro Limited for their continued support in helping me grow my career and giving me the opportunity to work on these challenging yet rewarding cadastral surveys. Looking forward to more adventures ahead! #Surveying #SurveyAndSpatialNZ #Conference2024 #CadastralSurveyOfTheYear

Nathan, Caroline and Jason had a great early morning catch up at our Cromwell Office with Sarah Dixon and Lisa Edwards from Decipher Group Limited. Decipher have recently secured us a superb National Planning & Environmental Manager - Jeremy Rusbatch, and are now helping us secure another Senior/Principal level surveyor, to make sure we keep growing with the right people. Great to see you both down here in Central Otago, and thanks for our interesting discussion on evolving employee needs and the employee market. People are the "heart of our business", so we are always keen to make sure we are looking to do the best we can in this space. #Landpro #HR #People #RecruitingNZ
Last week Lisa Edwards and I had the pleasure of visiting Landpro Limited office down in Central. We truly value our partnership with Landpro, it was great to reconnect in person and meet more of the team. It's something truly special when you work with an organisation with such alignment in their relationship focussed approach. A big thank you to Jason Harvey-Wills and the team for your hospitality and sharing with us insights as to what is happening in the work you do! #Landpro #DecipherGroup #Partnership

We’re excited to welcome Caroline to the Landpro team as our new National Business Services Manager! Originally from Surrey, UK, Caroline has built an impressive career in Corporate Finance, working with top companies like Duracell, Marley, Villa Maria, and Bridgestone across Europe, the UK, and New Zealand. Beyond her financial expertise, Caroline is passionate about mentoring and has supported women in business and guided young accountants toward qualification. Caroline was drawn to Landpro by the opportunity to blend her people skills with her finance background, and our team-driven culture made it an ideal fit. Now based in Cromwell, she recently relocated from Auckland to be closer to her family. She shares her home with her partner Mat (aka "Onetee"), her youngest son Matthew, and their three-year-old German Shepherd, Vixen Lily Rose. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys exploring the beautiful tracks of Central Otago with her family and dogs. We’re thrilled to have you on board, Caroline, and look forward to the great things you’ll achieve with us! 🎉 #landpro #betterenvironmentsbetterreturns #newteammember #centralotago

We were delighted to have Hailey Petrie with us on work experience at Landpro! Hailey, who is still in high school, spent a couple of days exploring what it’s like to be a surveyor, joining our team member Reagan in the field. It’s fantastic to see young people showing interest in this vital area, and we’re always keen to support local talent by offering opportunities to test the waters. Hailey enjoyed her time with us, and we hope this experience has sparked a continued passion for surveying. #workexperience #surveyor #centralotago #landpronz #betterenvironmentsbetterreturns
