YIJU New Zealand was honored to participate in Barfoot & Thompson’s annual Quiz Night last Thursday, a fantastic charity event that raised an incredible $172,890 for Starship! With over 620 attendees coming together for this noble cause, it was an unforgettable evening. We were especially privileged to have Olympic rugby champion Theresa at our table, contributing to the fundraiser. The night was a celebration of Barfoot & Thompson’s commitment to cultural diversity, encouraging guests to embrace themed attire. We’re thrilled to have won the ‘Best Dressed’ award! At YIJU New Zealand, we look forward to continuing to foster cultural understanding and adding value to New Zealand’s industry and construction sector.

What an incredible weekend it was at the NZIBES Christchurch event hosted at Te Pae convention center! We had a fantastic turnout with 1,189 Expo visitors and over 300 guests at the Gala dinner, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The event started with an exciting opening ceremony that included ribbon-cutting and heartwarming welcome speeches from NZCBIA members and distinguished guests. It set the tone for an amazing weekend ahead. The highlight of the event was, without a doubt, the exhibition. It featured an impressive lineup of sponsors and industry leaders like Placemakers, Home Hopper, Brilliance Steel, James Hardie, and more. As the day turned into evening, the highly anticipated Gala dinner took center stage. Frank Xu, the President of NZCBIA, and Christchurch Mayor Philip Simon Mauger delivered warm welcome speeches, adding a special touch to the night. The Gala dinner was a lively and engaging gathering, with a focus on networking that brought people together, creating lasting connections. A big thank you to all who attended, our sponsors, organizers, guest speakers, and everyone who supported both NZIBES events. Your contribution made this event a huge success! 🌟 🏗
