On site at AsureQuality - The Peoples Hub, the Level 1 structural steel is well underway which allows the NZ Strong Group team to get stuck into floor slab preparation and pours. With a mix of insitu concrete ground beams, precast concrete walls and floor slabs, structural steel and timber framing, the structure has a little bit of everything. A tight site access has meant coordination and timing is a crucial aspect to keep everything moving, combining that with the typical construction challenges has kept Senior Site Manager Rod Mcpherson on his toes! #bettereveryday #nzstrong #nzconstruction

Our NZ Strong Group site team are making exciting progress on-site at AsureQuality - The Peoples Hub! The team has successfully landed the Level 1 precast panels, marking a significant milestone for the project. We’re now gearing up for the next phase with the structural steel installation set to begin shortly. It’s great to see this project moving forward smoothly, thanks to the dedication and hard work of everyone involved. Today was a sad farewell to one of our Commercial Manager's - Carlton John. After 8 years at NZ Strong Group Carlton is moving on. Carlton has been a huge part of our Company - and been involved in so many great projects over the years. We wish him all the best on his next role. Following a solution lead selection process, R&O has been awarded the lifting contract by NZ Strong Group who were awarded the contract to deliver Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities Greenslade apartments project in Auckland. After previously working with NZ Strong Group on the Metlifecare Fairway Gardens project, R&O were approached to provide a crane suitable to service the entire build, including Pre Cast elements exceeding 20T. With the crane mobilised to site, the project will be in full swing over the coming months. In addition to mobile cranage, R&O will also supply specialised lifting equipment, mobile crane operator, and dogmen. A special mention to NZ Strong Group for the ongoing support of the NZ Crane Academy, and allowing a placement for one lucky graduate of the 2024 initiative. #construction #kaingaora #nzca #cranes #demag #creatingjobs
